Italians do it Better!

When it's fact of spending time together and socializing it is

absolutely true ... Italians do it Better!

With my colleagues we spend quite regularly one evening every 2 months

talking in italian and having fun all together in front of a good pizza or steak

in always new italian restaurants in Cologne.

To someone it might seems boring, but it is not and we had a lot of fun!

Come Cambiare Umore

La vita mi soprende... o meglio l' essere umano mi sorprende.

Con un'accozzaglia di cellule grigie e neuroni finemente intramati l'un con l'altro, produciamo pensieri. I pensieri sono legati alle nostre emozioni e queste ai nostri sentimenti.

Cambi pensieri e cambi emozion. Ci avete mai pensato?

Sono sicuro di si.

Questa cosa sembra un po schizzofrenica ma é come un telecomando delle nostre emozioni. Quindi se siete un po giu é possibile cliccare i pulsanti giusti e sorridere ... se non riuscite a fare pensieri felici, sorridete lo stesso ... tirate su la testa e fate un bel sorriso aperto ... vedrete che qualcosa dentro é gia cambiata.

Se poi siete dei tipi troppo cerebrali. Mettetevi in ordine l'armadio!! Capito Ted? :-)
